24-Hour Free Trial Terms
These 24-Hour Free Trial Terms (“Trial Terms”) govern your participation in the 24-hour free trial (“Trial”) offered on PipsElite (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By starting the Trial, you agree to these Trial Terms and any broader Terms of Service that may apply to your use of the website and services.
1) Trial Duration
The Trial lasts for 24 hours starting from the time you complete checkout and your Trial is activated (the “Trial Start Time”). The Trial ends exactly 24 hours after the Trial Start Time (the “Trial End Time”).
2) Payment Method Required and Authorization
A valid payment method is required to start the Trial. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method:
- $0 (or the Trial price displayed at checkout) at the start of the Trial, if applicable; and
- the full subscription fee shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes) immediately after the Trial ends, unless you cancel before the Trial End Time.
3) Automatic Renewal After Trial
Unless you cancel before the Trial End Time, your Trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the rate disclosed during checkout (for example, $99/month, if that is the price shown at checkout). Your subscription will then continue to renew automatically at the then-current rate unless and until you cancel.
4) Cancel Anytime (During Trial and After)
You may cancel the Trial at any time during the 24-hour Trial window. Cancellation must be completed before the Trial End Time to avoid being charged for the first paid subscription period.
You may also cancel your subscription at any time after it begins; however, cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse charges already processed.
5) No Refunds for “Forgot to Cancel” Charges
If you do not cancel before the Trial End Time and you are charged for the first paid subscription period, no refunds will be given, including in cases where you forgot to cancel, did not see a notice, did not use the service, or misunderstood the Trial timing.
6) How to Cancel
You can cancel using any of the following methods (as applicable):

Billing→Cancel Subscription. -
Email: Send a cancellation request from the email associated with your order to
verifysupernova@gmail.com with subject line
Cancel Trial. - Other method: [Insert any additional cancellation flow you use].
Important: A cancellation is effective only once you receive an on-screen confirmation in your account or a written confirmation from our support team. Submitting a request close to the Trial End Time may result in a charge if the cancellation is not completed before the Trial End Time.
7) Trial Eligibility and Limits
- The Trial is intended for new customers (unless otherwise stated).
- We may limit one Trial per person, payment method, household, or account.
- We may refuse, revoke, or suspend the Trial if we suspect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
8) Service Disclaimer; No Guarantees
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding availability, results, or outcomes. Trading involves risk, and you may lose money. Past performance, whether shown through tracking tools or statements, is not indicative of future results.
9) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at verifysupernova@gmail.com. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, at our discretion.
10) Changes to These Trial Terms
We may update these Trial Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Trial Terms.
